Shipping Information

We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days of you placing it. After this, your package will be dispatched by your chosen delivery method. If you need your shipment quickly, for a gift for example, we recommend choosing the express option. Packages sent via Canada Post are normally very speedy but we'd always recommend the express service for a special occasion, just to be on the safe side.

Please note that working days for Tata Foodservice are Monday - Friday and do not include statutory holidays. 

While the majority of our shipments reach their destinations within the usual delivery times, occasionally parcels get delayed and take a little longer than normal. Please be patient but, if after 8 working days from placing your order, you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch and we will happily investigate. We send all packages by services with a tracking number - your tracking number can be obtained from Tata Foodservice by emailing info@tatafoodservice.ca

Shipping

Provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or in care of a trusted party). When an item has been delivered, risk of damage to, or loss of, the item passes to you. For specific shipping options, please read our shipping section. Please note that working days for us are Monday to Friday and do not include statutory holidays.

Cancellations and Returns

We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you are not we will refund the price or replace the product if you contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Tata Global Beverages. Please contact us by email help@tatafoodservice.ca for information about returning items to us.

Refunds and exchanges 

All refunds will be made to the credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that Tata Foodservice is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund. On faulty products, after the 7 day cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer a spare part or repair where appropriate. We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.
